As mentioned by other users, you can definitely check your serial number for support. However, keep in mind that serial numbers can be duplicated by non-genuine manufacturers, I used to see FakePods all the time.

Personally, I would recommend visiting your nearest Apple service provider to have them perform a visual inspection on your AirPods.

Hoping that the AirPods are actually legitimate, but in my experience, they often aren’t when sold and/or gifted by friends/family.

Look up the AirPods Pro unit Serial numbers and compare it to your unit. If they don’t match, they aren’t genuine.
