Ipad pro 11" 3rd Gen microphone stop working on any call/video call app

I am having exactly the same issue in the below discussion.

The microphone work in the voice memo, camera rear, and front, but when entering the call application such as facetime, telegram, messenger, and other call apps, the microphone stopped working.

On telegram call the other partner sees that you muted the microphone while the microphone was not muted at all.

I had been to apple store one to fix this issue. They didn't tell me what is wrong with my iPad pro 11 3rd Gen that I just bought for 3 months. They just replace it right away for me. But right now, after 3 months with new replacements, the issue happened again.

We’d like to gather additional details that may help us be in a better position to assist you.

Are you experiencing a similar behavior if you use earphone or headphones with microphones?

Have you had the chance to check if the issue persists on multiple Wi-Fi networks?

In the meantime, we recommend that you make sure that you are using the latest version of iPadOS 14 or the latest version iPadOS 15.

While it isn't inherently assured that an update will resolve the issue, updating your device can help isolate potential software issues.

Kindly secure a backup and update.

I should be more details in the post.

I had update to the latest ipad os. Tried full erase and setup as a new ipad(not restore from backup).

When connecting to headphones and use headphones microphone everything work. Voice can heard in the call.

One thing that I noticed at the beginning of the call I can hear sth for a second and the completely silent. On telegram app on the other end shows that my ipad mic was muted, while it was not. It seems like sth disconnected the mic on the call.
