Do the 4-pack airtags has the same serial ?

1. Yes, I meant that the 4 AirTags in 1 box have different serial numbers.
2. Serial number outside on the packaging is for the entire package.
3. The serial numbers are different however the serial numbers are similar with a difference of 2 digits from each other. This is at least in my example of the 4 pack that I purchased from Apple.

We have a customer who bought the 4pack air tag and he informed us that one of the air tags

inside the box is not working. How would we know if that air tag was bought to us if serials are different.

No. The serial numbers are different from each AirTag.
