Shared Notes and How to Hide My Real Name
How do I hide my name in the notes? When I go to the users inside of a shared note it shows my real name and I didn’t really want to show my full name. How can I fix this?

When you share a note, then the name associated with your Apple ID is shown to the recipient. You can change your name associated with your Apple ID, however, that is not a good idea especially if it is only done for sharing notes. The other option is to use a separate device with a separate Apple ID and name associated with it. Share the notes from that Apple ID. This option is also not very good since you will have to maintain another device just to share notes.
If your notes are shared with the readers just for reading purposes then try converting/exporting them to the PDF format and then send via email or Messages.
