Activation Lock is requesting your password on ?

I have phone rob on Wednesday and I set it on Lost mode and sadly they seems got my apple ID and password ( which is worst thing could have happen as I got a fishing link ( sms to my other number that phone have found and pls claim it ….Xxxx..apple support ) and I clicked on it .. which now u see it was a scam link to fishing out my ID and password

so I got the email after it ..said window was using log in my iCloud and I got the this email after the fist log in

after this I change my Apple ID and password on all apple devices and the stolen phone still on my find my iPhone list …


MY question is my ID and password been leak my by careless

and even I changed all the iD and password and I didn’t log off all my devices…

so the stolen phone still on my list under my iCloud .. will it be dangerous to keep it link ?

and the thief can’t remove it at all as it took not get it unlink ?

I m Sharing it and hope if anyone have any problems similar to me that avoid to falling in to their traps

It isn't dangerous to keep the link as long as you don't provide any new information using the link.


I'm not sure I understand your 2nd question, but if you have changed the Apple ID and password after providing the original ID and password to the thief, the thief shouldn't be able to access the phone if they hadn't done so already.

You are welcome. I suggest you don't remove the phone from your account as that might allow the thief access to the phone. See the Apple Support article(s) below for information about protecting the phone.
