My watch was working perfectly and at that point my watch turned off and started with this exclamation mark?

Please follow Apple's advice in the support document If you see a red "!" on your Apple Watch - Apple Support

This is caused by a corrupted update file and requires you to send the watch in for a mail in repair here;

Mail in Repair.
