Display not working

how Do I make it so that my Apple Watch displays, i can hear it talking but the screen isn’t displaying anything

On your iPhone, go to Apple Watch App > Display & Brightness - has the display been turned all the way down?

If no, then it's time to schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation and options.
