Iphone restarting randomly every time

Hi, my iphone is restarting every time i try to lock or unlock it. I have tried the force restart didn’t helped, i tried the enter recovery mode with the help of my mac , it worked , it finally turn on my phone ( previously it didn’t turned on )

but it restarts every time i try to lock or unlock my iphone , can you help me please ?
