Installed iOS 15 on my iPhone 6S. It’s asking me to restore an apple support.com I don’t have a Mac computer only an iPad. Can’t use my phone and I am stuck

Ask a friend who has a computer if they will let you use it or take it to an Apple store and use one of theirs.
