Apple support app not working properly

Apple support app not working perfectly like from over a year now. Cannot request call back, cannot request chat in the app even I cannot book an appointment for service request. Tried Deleting the app reinstalling it but still the same problem.

Apple Support Application have issue. First Application have issue. Maybe It's tell "Chat is currently unavailable." Normally It's available 24/7. Or maybe Chatting normally It's disconnect and tell "connection lost" But Internet speed is normal.
