Stole my credit and Google account

He stole all my Apple apps credit used my email.I’m sick have cancer I’m dieing he stole my identity since2018 I went to the Apple store in south hills village this guy named Justin helped me and the guy who hacked my account his email is *****@gmail.com he got an android phone and a computer I have a iPhone help I’m scared
