Apple Watch acts possessed

My Apple Watch going through menus like I’m constantly scrolling the Digital Crown the whole time. I can’t open any apps and I can’t use my phone because it’s connected to my old phone. I can’t even use Siri to open apps. I’ve used water to try to clean the Digital Crown with water but that didn’t seem to work.

I would suggest you start your fix attempts with a Forced Reset. Press and hold the Digital Crown and Side Button (together) until the Apple appears, then let it reboot. If that doesn't fix the problem your watch might have a hardware problem which is behaving like a stuck button. If that is the case you probably need Apple's Service options for a hands-on repair.
