Malware on iPhone XR

My wife opened Facebook this morning an d received a message saying do you want to take part in a small survey, She opened it and autofill completed the details.


APPROX 2 HOURS LATER ALL APS CANNOT BE ACCESSED. This includes System Preferences and the side buttons to turn the phone off/on.


Anyone else struck this malware?

It may be that your iPhone has only glitched and gotten itself stuck out of sorts. You can force restart your iPhone and see if this fixes the problem.

If this does not put things back to normal, then you may have to erase and reset the iPhone and then restore it from a backup.
