Hello ~ Let’s try it again exactly like this…

Press and very quickly release your volume up button.

Press and very quickly release your volume down button.

Press and hold the side button…do not release when slide to power off comes up and don’t try to slide to power off…just keep holding the side button until Apple logo appears.

If this doesn’t work you more than likely need a checkup. I am sorry you are having an issue.

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

Try this

Click volume up > Click volume down > Hold side button till you get a black screen and wait for iPhone to reboot

Also make sure you aren't using any iOS beta profiles
