Apple Intelligence is now available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac!
I have just purchased an Apple Watch 7 Cellular but I have a corporate mobile, therefore unable to connect mobile data to my corporate account.
Is there anyway to join our family sharing account or a family members mobile data plan to get around this, or is my only option to get a dual sim for personal use to connect to my watch?

Your Apple Watch MUST be paired and setup from an iPhone. If your work iPhone will not allow this or you want to keep it away from work things you will need to use a different iPhone. That should be either your personal iPhone for regular setup -or- a trusted family member's iPhone for Family Setup. Note that Family Setup requires that the Apple Watch is the GPS+Cellular version, and GPS-only is not accepted.

You should be able to pair to the work phone, but you will not be able to activate the cellular unless your employer allows that. In the GPS only mode, you can do everything with the Apple Watch as long as the iPhone is nearby, including make and answer calls, text, message, weather, exercise, music, etc... And some activities can be done away from the iPhone, and the data will sync back up to the iPhone when you get back from your run.
Some cellular vendors do allow "Split Billing". AT&T is one of the companies that allows that. At least inquire of your cellular provider if they support "Split Billing" for the Apple Watch.
