i reset my iphone, seems ok so far, may be u can try that also but remember to back up the files.

I have this problem too. I have noticed that when this problem occurs other applications are not functioning:
I believe the problem is a system one and not related to whatsapp
I have the same exact problem , and then my google maps dont work and so much more weired stuff happens

Hi, u have to reset the iPhone to solve this issue, I received the same and I'm also worried why this happening and I still didn't get the answer, but the only solution is reset the iPhone
I am able to reproduce the scenario but I don't know what the root cause is.
In order to access my work account I am using outlook.com via safari (tried also via edge).
When I am checking my emails via outlook.com I can see the other apps stuck. Sometime it is immediately some time it is after few hours but if I don't log in to my work account for several days via (outlook.com safari) everything works just fine.
I get the same message, randomly
Any solution so far??
