Can MagSafe charger of iPhone be used to charge Apple Watch 6 ?

Apple lists two accessory chargers, the Apple Watch charging dock, and the Magsafe Duo. These and the basic Magsafe charger (single head for iPhone) will have a Compatibility dropdown on their Apple Store pages, which you can check for acceptable target devices.
Unfortunately the Apple Store is offline for updates now (probably new toys getting added to be announced tonight) so I can't give you links.

I mean I bought a magsafe for the iPhone 13, is it suitable for charging the Apple Watch 6 or not

Thanks deggie, that was the info I couldn't access while the Apple Store was offline ahead of today's Apple Event.
I actually tried it on my MagSafe charger which was sitting next to me before I answered this question.
And when you tried it , What happened
It didn't charge.
