Because 2 factor support is turned on and apparently cannot be turned off, how do I login to iCloud to find my iPhone or potentially disable it?

Because 2 factor support is turned on and apparently cannot be turned off, how do I login to iCloud to find my iPhone if it is lost/stolen to look for it and potentially disable it? It seems like I would need my iPhone to be able to log in to iCloud.

Can apple support shut off my two factor identification? I recently learned that its an incredibly stupid feature when you are using iCloud to find your phone and it sends a verification code to your phone. I lose my phone all the time so this is a bit of a problem. Usually I'm not somewhere I can just go to my laptop so going to a trusted device doesn't work. I don't particularly want to share my location with anyone outside of when my phone is missing. Is there really a feature that would get disabled that would matter? Is there any way to get rid of it?

Why can't I disable the two-factor verification process Why can't I disable the two-factor verification process and what is the point? Isn't Find My iPhone suppose to help someone find their phone? But how is someone suppose do that if they need their phone to sign into iCloud and their phone is lost?
