As you can see above my MacBook Pro types in two of the letter b and K when I go to use it. I haven't noticed it on any of the other letters. I then have to go back and delete the double. What should I do?
If you have the 2016 to 2019 model, then try cleaning the keyboard using the instructions in this Apple article (make sure to keep the can of compressed air upright or you may damage the laptop with the cold wet propellant):
