Were these songs imported a while ago? If so, make sure that you're signed in to iTunes using the same Apple ID that was used when importing your music.

However, if importing happened recently, we recommend making sure that you're taking the following steps to import your songs to your desired location:

Choose import settings in iTunes on PC
