I have no idea what my apple password is. How can I make changes when they ask for my passcode.

I have forgotten my Apple passcode. How can I change my password to something I can remember if I can’t remember the first one?

You can't change it without knowing the current password but you can get help with that. See: If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support
