If someone installed a keylogger (they would need physical access to your device in order to hook it up to a computer to do so), then the only way to get rid of it would be to force the device into recovery mode and restore it with iTunes or finder.
Then set it up again from scratch. Do NOT restore any backups - they are inherently suspect as well unless you know, with 100% certainty that they predate the installation of the keylogger and that whomever installed the keylogger dose not or did not also have access to your backup computer or iCloud account.
Note that if that person does or did have access to your iCloud account, you need to delete the backups there as anyone with access to your AppleID and iCloud account can alter your backups such that they themselves would then include the installers for the keylogger.

Uhh, a keylogger is generally used to spy on what people are typing on their hacked devices. So what, in your mind, is a “safe” keylogger? They are a spyware tool with no legitimate use for anyone other than a hacker.
Which is one of many things I have going on with my phone. I say that because the four of us in my family all have iPhones. Three different models between the four. I would love to know where to begin, searching for help to get out of this mess. I’ve been in touch with support six times since the late morning of September 23rd. I’ve been to the Geek Squad once and the actual Apple location twice. My last trip to Apple for my appointment was 8 days ago. It was after exhausting all, without doubt, good, clean backups I had available. Then, finally I was given a name of a company (small business) to contact for further assistance. That company is the one and only in this state that is Apple Certified. Due to transparency, I completely understand. He’s swamped, needless to say and I understand that too. This craziness I have going on has slammed the brakes of me being able to do my job for the small business my husband and I own. Any suggestion as to what road to head down next? I have plenty of screenshots and pictures.
