I want to update to this version
Can you help me update to 14.0 version on my iPhone 6s?

Hi "Samjoe12". To do a software update, simply go to your Settings application, and from there, click on General. In this section, there should be the software update button near the second tab. Click on this, and it will tell you the available updates your phone can update to. Since you mentioned you had an iPhone 6s, you can update. However, the iPhone 6 can not handle the new updates anymore.
