iPhone Crashed after IOS 15.02 upgrade

Hi, after successfully upgrading to IOS 15.02, I encountered an issue whilst trying to access WhatsApp afterwards: it would tell me I needed to free 22 MB, yet on my 256 GB IPhone X max, I had already 18 GB free space. It crashed after switching off and So only the Apple logo appears and it won’t charge: how to remedy same?
