Specific location no longer showing in Do Nt Disturb on Apple Watch

My specific location used to show as an option when I manually activated "Do Not Disturb", as in 'On until I leave Near 123 XYZ Street"... When Apple watch software last upgraded and added the "Focus" tag, it only shows "On until I leave" and does not give an address and it WILL NOT TURN OFF when I leave where I am. That was a very useful option for when I was in specific locations where I did not want to be bothered, but wanted to be able to be contacted after having left. Now, if I don't remember that my i am in "Do Not Disturb" mode I don't receive any calls or notifications until I remember. I have missed a number of phone calls like this. I have checked the Apple Watch app on my phone and it appears my settings are correct. This do not start until the last software update.
