Linkedin Premium subscription refund

I had subscribed for Linkedin Premium free trial and paid thru Apple card, I forgot to cancel it and it just got renewed today, can I get my refund. I submitted the account for review but Linkedin showing message that contact itunes.

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. Otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
