Exclamation point on screen

i experienced something unusual tonight while on FaceTime with my daughter. There was an exclamation point inside of a triangle that popped up intermittently during our chat. It blurred out my daughter when it happened. I just updated my software to the latest version yesterday. What’s going on here?
