Apple Watch cellular data

Hello, I am asking for assistance due to I had a watch recently connected to service but I had cancelled that plan. I restarted my watch and all and I keep getting a pop up on my phone saying trying to connect to cellular through the Apple Watch app.. I don’t have cellular anymore and I’m really tired of that constantly popping up on my phone every time I’m using it or not. What can I do for it to stop popping up on my phone every 2-3 minutes.
