iPhone XS storage issue

I bought storage for my iphone and now it says in one place i don’t have any and the other place i have a bunch and my phone won’t work because of this. someone please help

Hello there,

It sounds like your iPhone is running out of internal storage, and you purchased iCloud storage to try and solve the issue. Unfortunately, iCloud storage does not extend internal storage, but rather, it’s used for backups and storing things using the Files app.

Go into Settings > General > iPhone Storage, depending on what you see taking up the most storage, you may just be able to use the Files app to free up space on your iPhones internal storage.
