How can I format a column to always set time in the cell as PM? For example: If I input 7:15, I would like for it to read 7:15 PM in the cell. I'm trying to avoid inputing 19:15(24hour time) to avoid making mistakes. I am using a formula in the hours column to covert duration from start to finish columns that needs to work with start & finish columns.

Hi stewartfromjupiter

Inspector - Cell - Data Format - Date and Time, then choose None for Date and one of the Time formats that suits:

Then if you want upper case "AM/PM", select the column, go to the Format menu, select Font, then Capitalisation, then All Caps:

Cheers,

H
