Blue frame safari

My ipad pro shows blue frames when i try to google something in safari. Not sure why this is happening and how to turn it off as it seems to limit my use of Safari. For instance, in the top search bar I cannot put more than 1 word as otherwise Safari just will not respond. I thought it had to do with an Accesability setting called Switch Control but that is turned off and I cannot turn it on. Any thoughts?

Hello Bbert59,

It sounds like you are seeing blue frames while in Safari. We understand how important this is to you and we are here to help.

First, let's restart your iPad. Even though this is a simple step it may help: Restart your iPad

If the issue persists, can you provide a few more details? Are you only seeing this on the Google website? Do the flames encompass the whole screen? Which iPadOS version do you currently have? Also, when did you first notice this?

Cheers!
