Disabled iphone 7 plus. No icloud account on phone and it says i need to connect to itunes but i dont have a laptop

I just bought this phone and forgot passcode while setting up. It says disabled connect to itunes but i dont have a laptop or any access to one. How do i completely factory reset the phone without one? Theres no icloud connected to the phone either. When i bought it, my friend factory reset it before giving it to me.
