Cancelling a subscription
Hi There
My name is Kristin Yanniello and I thought I had gotten the free trial of the Daily Burn app to try. All of a sudden I noticed a $162 charge on my credit card for the app. I thought the trial was 30 days but I may have been mistaken. I haven't even ever used the app since I have had insane work events right now. Can I please get refunded for the app?
I will not use it at this time...I was hoping to have time to test out the trial but I haven't even had the time for that.
I would greatly appreciate your help.
