Why Prepladder app which is available in Play store is not available in App store? When I searched it in App store I can't find out but when I looked into web it was showing that it is in app store but when I'm logging into it…. Page turning white….I'm using iPad running on iOS 15
You will need to ask the App Developer why they have released an App for Android - and not for Apple iPadOS.
Be aware that if the App is designed for iPhone - and not iPad - the App may not appear in your search for Apps from your iPad.

It was there five days before but removed from app store all of a sudden , i did mentioned it to prepladder they said we are working on it
True..even I tried to reach out to them..and they asked me to access the app from an android device..They themselves don’t know how long it’ll take to resolve this issue.
I asked prepladder, they informed me of a technical glitch. But finally the problem is solved. Now, prepladder can be accessed from App Store.
Still I can’t download it from App Store
I think you are using macOS but prepladder is restricted to iOS devices only.
