How do I change switch payment for Amazon photo icloud storage to a different card?

How do I change the billing method for Amazon Photo icloud storage? We are cancelling the card that is used to pay for this service and would like to switch it to a different payment method. Is there a risk of losing all my photos on the icloud by changing billing method?
