Forgot the password I used to activate my watch
Got a new phone and unpaired my watch from old phone now im trying to pair it to my new phone but I forgot the password when I paired my watch to my old phone

Activation Lock is an anti-theft feature that cannot be bypassed. Only the previous owner can remove the lock by using their Apple ID & password. Apple will not help you find the previous owner.
