Best check the NETGEAR Orbi firmware while you’re logged in there and apply any available updates, too:

ps: Best also select “forget this Wi-Fi network” on your devices too, just before you reconfigure and restart the Orbi. It’s harder to “forget” a Wi-Finnetwork you’re not presently connected to.
