Hi everyone,
I created an email signature in Outlook that uses photos and social media icons and got it copied to my Apple Mail signatures with no issues.
However, I emailed others in my company to just copy and paste - even doing the exact same steps - but the images become huge and look horrible.
Any suggestions?
It should look like the first but comes out like the second (blurred just some info - nothing pertaining to the setup).

At this point your coworkers would need to see if they can take any steps to help isolate this behavior further.
Trying different images in their signatures, or including the images they have as an attachment in an email, may help with that.
If they do get the opportunity to try either of those steps, definitely let us know their results.

Do they experience the same behavior if they use different images in their signature?
If they include those images in the body of an email, do they also appear larger there than expected?
Hopefully those details will help to further isolate your situation.

I don't know if they experience it with other images. But it's almost as if the entire thing is getting copied as an image instead of text / image.
Since we're working remotely, it's tough to talk them through things without physically being able to do or talk them through any issues.
