Iphone XS Max lagging on Whatsapp

All started on Instagram, when i was scrolling, i could notice that some kind of extrange movement happened on the display, just like a noise or something like that, maybe i could describe this saying: "i saw less fps on the display".

Next (happening now), when i scroll on a Whatsapp chat, i could see like a mini lag and micro cut, just like 2 or 3 times and then all come back to normal, but if i change to another chat, that happens again.

A12 Bionic its just diying? or could be some problem with IOS?
