Deleted my card from the wallet
How do I add it back? I don’t have any card info

you deleted your Apple Card?
If you go into your Wallet app and tap the + sign in the upper right, you should get a popup that prompts what kind of card you want to add.. if you give it a bit to load, another field might pop up that says 'Previous Cards'. Do you get that? If so, tap that and see if your Apple Card is listed there
