Why did iOS15.02 remove any images in Apple email?

I have wiped my iPhone11Pro tonite and reinstalled from my iCloud backup. There are still NO IMAGES showing in any Apple Email on my iPhone AFTER INSTALLING iOS15.0.2.

Images show fine on my 11" iPad Pro w iOS15.02, why has Apple removed images on my iPhone?

There is no toggle in the system setting that turn off images in email. I used to have LOAD IMAGES ON in systems before iOS15, why have they removed images in iOS15?

Go to Settings-->Mail-->Privacy Protection and turn off "Protect Mail Activity". Turn this COMPLETELY OFF. All toggles OFF under "Protect Mail Activity". Images are restored to Apple Email on my iPhone.

Crazy to take away "Load Remote Images" in Apple Mail, then give us Privacy Protection that stops us from seeing images in Apple Mail.
