Change payment method
My account is disabled in the app store & Itunes. I want to change the payment method but not able to do it. Kindly let me know what can i do?

Add a new method, make it primary, then delete the old method.

Not working. Because the card which i used before got blocked and then this issue happened. Now not able to add a new payment method.
As mentioned here, the only thing you should be doing is contacting Apple Support - do not try to change any account settings, etc.
You are quite correct, I missed the "disabled" reference.
