iMessage is not getting delivered

I’m trying to send text messages through iMessage but I couldn’t send a single text. I’ve done resetting a few times and checked my network if I have issues but everything seems fine. What am I supposed to do now?

Those are green bubbles which means they are being sent via SMS.

You will need to contact your cellular provider to find out why.
