Enter iPhone-passcode loop when changing Apple-ID settings

Recently i wanted to change my Apple-ID password so i went into my Apple-ID profile in settings —> password and security —> change password. And here is when the problem starts. It says ”You can change your password with this iPhone since you are logged in to iCloud and have an activated passcode” So it asks me to enter my passcode but when i do it loads for a few seconds then takes me to a new page as if i passed the passcode entry but the same window apears. Its a loop of the same window apearing every time. (If i type in the wrong passcode it gently shakes and asks me to try again)

Same thing happens if i try to change the email account linked to my Apple-ID.
