my new air pod pro ear tips S are too big fir my ear, how can I get smaller ear tips

You will have to search the internet and find a third party selling eartips.

Apple only provides small, medium and large tips

Try comply foam tips.

The standard tips didn't work for me.

Those fit me better.

I'm not sure they will help with the tips being to big.
