Apple Watch keeps zooming in

Hi,

This question was asked in the past but the answer no longer works .... my son's watch keeps zooming in so can't read the screen. Previous answer said to go to Phone app, General, Accessibility ... however, Accessibility is not an option under General any longer. Can anyone help?
