Is there a way to change payment methods after you've made an order on the apple website?
I forgot apple doesn't take funds until your item ships, I ordered the new macbook pro m1 max, I don't want to have this large amount of money sitting in my chequing account for this long can I order gift cards an change my payment method without losing my place in line?
I actually just got off the phone with apple, they added my secondary card for me with the exact amount to take off for when my order is ready to ship.

Once the order is placed, you cannot change the payment method.
Awesome! Typically you must cancel the order and order again with a different payment method. Glad they got it sorted for you.
