My beats x headphones are charged but will not turn on

It sounds like you're running into some difficulty with your new BeatsX headphones. We can help.

Congratulations on your new Beats! IF you're having trouble with them turning on, you can follow these steps to Reset your Beats earphones.

If you find that you are still unable to get your BeatsX to power on, and you are within the return period, you can reach out to your point of sale for help exchanging the device. If you are outside of the return period, you can Contact Apple for support and service instead.

I had the same thing happen with my AirPods, unload app and reload. It worked for me.
