iOS 15 update on Xs colors are inverted

After completing the iOS 15 upgrade on my iPhone Xs colors in certain apps and video are inverted. Meaning they look like you are looking at an X-ray.

Any ideas on correcting this issue?

Change in

Settings > Accessibility > Display & Text Size > Turn Off everything here except Auto-Brightness.
