Somebody used my e-mail to create ID. Of cause the person didn't verify the email (coz it's mine). Now I can't verify the identity either because I don't know security questions. Which means I can't use my email for ID, and to me this is not right and not fair. Halp!
Any idea how to get access to MY ID?

"It is saying my new email is connected to an Apple ID, I only have one ID so I have no idea what it could be connected to."
Later: "They [Apple Support] think someone accidentally made my email their id like a typo and once its linked they cant unlink it."
